The extended sandy beach along the settlement of Palaea Phocaea is situated at a distance of some 54 kilometers southeastern to the center of Athens, it is not organized and the sea is rather shallow. The coastal settlement is nice both for longer staying and for a quick dive, not very far from Athens.
